These are the kinds of pictures I take. For one thing I can’t take good pictures. Though I try, I’m not good with epic vistas or smiling street urchins. I’m looking for the unusual and the bizarre. So when I saw this restaurant I had to take a picture. I could have investigated the meaning of the name, but my guess is it would not satisfy, and might possibly be a letdown.
My takeaway is that its making a statement. It’s saying we make sandwiches. Period. It’s not the “World’s Finest Panini” or “Home Of The Mile High Sheep Tongue.” It’s blaa blaa blaa sandwiches. A bunch of stuff that’s not important…and sandwiches.
From an advertising perspective, I love it.
